  1. Gather the requirement.
  2. Conduct secondary research.
  3. Come up with a production plan and a list of
    questions to address.
  4. In the production plan, we include the timeline
    of how the project will be taken forward.

  1. UX Design: User experience research
    strategies.
  2. UI Design: Low fidelity Wireframe, High
    fidelity Wireframe
  3. Prototype: Visual Design and Prototypes.

Development Phase 

  1. Frontend/ Backend Development: Latest technologies based on the requirement
  2. Testing: Any issues or bugs found in
    the application is resolved before delivery.

  Launch Phase 

  1. Code review: Code freezing, preparing builds, prod build, ship ready build
  2. Shipping Build: Dev certificate and google accounts, submit to apple and google store
  3. SEO: Based on the launch platform (Web/ App store/ Play store etc..), the team would come up with the copy of changes and features for easier discoverability in the search results.

Support Phase  

  1. Fixing Bugs: Continued support for bugs reported
  2. Customer Support: Resolve customer issues.
  3. New additional features: We will be continue to provide service for additional features
